Competition is always an added bonus that can be implemented to all workouts and as #coaches you need to utilize your athlete’s training and setting them up to compete BEFORE THE SEASON!
Here we highlight our Mirror Drills.
They are done with a partner and they promote the lateral quickness drills that we have used in our base training. Again you want a good athletic base, and make sure the details that you give out are followed while your athletes get after it!
These #drills can be used for a variety of sports and can be changed minorly if need be to fit your sport of choice!
