This footage is from the private training at the host dojo, during the evening prior to the 2023 Freital International Budo Shotokan Seminar. It was a very basic session, but everyone who attended learned a lot, which was great.

For all of you who are instructors, please share this information. Only by working together can we preserve old school Shotokan.
