Dealing with uncertainty is hard especially during COVID, an election year, an economic disaster, and natural disasters such as the forest fires on the West Coast and Hurricanes in the South. It's important for our mental health to be prepared, psychologically fit, and able to process these uncertain times. In therapy, we use different techniques to help our clients overcome and prepare for the anxiety, depression, and other possible negative side effects we may be experiencing.
