The first step to getting help for addiction or alcoholism is to convince yourself that you need to! In this short video I share that we (the Alcoholic or Addict) will convince ourselves that we aren't "that bad" yet so why should we stop. When we are able to shut that addictive reasoning down then we are able to realize that the longer we wait the worse things will get, mentally, emotionally, financially, and spiritually!
