The frequency of the sine waves in this video is 150Hz and 160Hz, the binaural beat tuned on the Theta wave between 3Hz and 6Hz. This is a higher frequency sine than most of the Thea videos on YouTube although the longer you listen the more it will envelop you and produce a slightly hypnotic and trance like feeling.
Theta brainwaves occur most often in the stages just before and after deep sleep but are also dominant in deep meditation. Theta state is the gateway to learning, memory, and intuition. In Theta state, our senses are withdrawn from the external world and focused on signals originating from within.
By listening to this Theta, your brain will produce more lower frequency theta waves and fewer high-frequency beta waves; enabling you to enter a state of calm down and reduce any anxiety you feel.
In order to benefit from the binaural beat and for the best experience, I would recommend using a pair of headphones, listening to this in a quiet place for around 20 minutes per day if you are a beginner. Don't try and listen to the whole 3 hours on your first go if you are a beginner and always listen at a relatively low volume.
