Express 75-minute Hot Yoga Class: 26 Postures + 2 Breathing Exercises
This express class is the original set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, 2 sets of each. We begin the practice with two sets of pranayama standing deep breathing, then move into a Hatha practice working on warming up and opening the body, improving balance, stretching and strengthening the spine and back body, and increase the spine's range of motion. The class ends with a set of Kapabhati breathing to help cool the body back down, and then a final meditation in Savasana. Every posture in this sequence is meant to help improve connecting with your breath, posture, flexibility, strength, internal health, and mental stability/resilience. This practice truly is a moving meditation.
