If the LED "bulbs" are flashing or blinking on your Ring Floodlight Cam and the product is not under warranty, you might want to replace the LED "bulbs".
The issue on mine seemed to be that the transformer inside wasn't outputting enough voltage to drive the two LED lights on the floodlight cam. It was putting out 1.7 volts instead of the 27 - 36 VDC.
I bought a LED motion detecting light from Amazon with similar specs. The new one drove the LED lights with 120VAC so the transformer wasn't needed. I just removed the transformer and the old LEDs and swapped the new ones in and wired them to the red trigger wire coming out of the Ring floodlight camera itself. It's the same as their other cameras.
The unit worked fine after the swap $36 for the swap or $250 for a new unit.
If you do buy a new one, the camera on the old one works fine without the LED lights. You could still use the camera somewhere else maybe.
