Hello,

I am Semih I have been a vegetarian since I was little. Because my family raised me this way.

I've been involved in sports since I was young, but I was never successful because I always had a bad diet.(plant-based) When I take my life back, I understand exactly why I failed at sports in the past. I couldn't run like I wanted to. I had skills, but I never felt strong because of the toxic food I ate. I was very weak.

Since I was a child I struggled with depression, anxiety, fear and even suicidal thoughts.
My digestion was terrible and my skin would break out (acne, eczema), I always felt tired, hungry and addicted to food. I couldn't sleep late at night without eating. I ate gluten every day because of family traditions.

I moved to Canada. After 2 years my health going worst. One day, as I was facing death, I asked myself how I ended up like this.
I started looking for answers and then
I discovered this beautiful #carnivore community. These were the people who were going to save my life.
I started my diet journey on keto, but it never convinced me. Because there was too much sugar and vegetables.

Then when I started the carnivore diet, I felt reborn. All the syndromes disappeared. My childhood dreams came back to me.
I feel like I'm breathing again.
I got control of my life.
