In this video, we compare Universal’s Endless Summer Resorts: Dockside and Surfside! While these hotels are considered sisters, they definitely each have their own flair and styles. With Surfside opening up in 2019, many were able to fall in love with the low prices and fresh atmosphere. Shortly after, Universal was able to open the brand new Dockside resort. Dockside offers a similar feel as Surfside, but on a larger scale. Both hotels have two towers of rooms, but Dockside has almost 3 times as many rooms. When it comes to amenities, Dockside is a clear winner. With two pools, a bar lounge in the lobby and a large market with seemingly endless options, Dockside is perfect for a family vacation. The relax with a frozen cocktail at the poolside bars. Let the kids play in the sand pit while you soak in the water. At Surfside, you can enjoy an intimate feel with gorgeous lake views. With everything you could need within steps of your room, you can feel at ease. You will fall in love with the surf theme and will feel like you are on the ocean. The Beach Break Cafe has delicious food items to select from and at fantastic prices. This hotel features a calming, clean and simplistic look with all the amenities you need! Great for a romantic getaway. With a complimentary shuttle to Universal’s CityWalk available at both resorts, you have quick and easy access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Not to mention the fantastic theme parks Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure! They are sure to amuse you and your family.
