New disc brake rotors need to be bedded in properly. Failure to do so can lead to inconsistent braking. Calvin and Truman walk through the bedding in process while replacing the rotor and pads on Rae Morrison's (Liv Cycling) bike at the Sea Otter Classic Downhill.
