HOMEMADE PROFITEROLES WITH VANILLA PASTRY CREAM (recipe below)
These classic French dessert profiteroles are made with choux pastry that is light as air. And, they are filled with vanilla pastry cream and finished with a chocolate glaze

Ingredeints
Choux pastry
▢½ cup (120 ml) Water
▢½ cup (120 ml) Milk
▢¼ tsp Salt
▢2 tbsp Sugar
▢½ cup (113 g) Butter
▢1 cup (1 cups) All-purpose flour
▢4 Eggs large
Pastry cream
▢4 Egg yolks
▢½ cup (100 g) Castor sugar
▢6 tbsp Cornstarch
▢¾ cup (180 ml) Whipping cream
▢1 cup (240 ml) Milk
▢1 tsp Vanilla bean paste
Chocolate glaze
▢4 oz (100 g) Chocolate
▢2 tbsp Butter
▢¼ cup (60 ml) Whipping cream
Egg wash
▢1 Egg
▢2 tbsp Water
