Whenever I make a brownie recipe, I know it’s gonna be straight 🔥 these Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies have a similar texture to a bakery brownie and the macros are insane! 76 cals and 8.5g of protein per brownie, sign me up 🤤
Nutrition (1 brownie):

Ingredients (for 9 brownies):
-40g all purpose flour
-40g @pescience chocolate truffle protein (discount code FIT15)
-4g baking powder
-30g unsweetened cocoa powder
-50g Monkfruit sweetener
-1 egg
-190g nonfat Greek yogurt
Swirl:
-125ml unsweetened almond milk
-40g powdered peanut butter
-40g powdered sugar substitute
-a few tbsp cold water
Directions:
-Preheat the oven to 350F
-Mix the dry ingredients for the brownies together, then add the wet
-Mix the ingredients for the peanut butter swirl together in a separate bowl, then add in globs to the batter and swirl with a knife
-Bake for 30 mins
-Let cool completely, then cut into 9 squares and enjoy! 😇
