Ingredients -
For salad -
1. ½ cup moong dal
2. ½ cup cucumber
3. ½ cup coriander leaves
4. 1/3 cup grated coconut
5. 3 green chillies
6. ½ - ¾ tsp salt
7. ½ lemon juice
For Tempering -
1. 1 tsp ghee or oil
2. ½ tsp mustard seeds
3. 1 red chilli
4. 8-10 curry leaves
5. ¼ tsp asafetida
