When it comes to self improvement books, arguably the most important for me has been Dr. Rangan Chatterjee’s two books The 4 Pillar Plan and The Stress Solution. After finding him on his podcast Feel Better Live More, his books sent me on a journey to understand health, wellness, wellbeing, self love, self care and truly understand what self help is really all about. If you’re looking for a book to get started with when it comes to personal development, there are books that would be a better choice.
