Sugar-free biscuits for children
I mashed a banana with a fork, then added 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and a teaspoon of agave syrup and combined the ingredients.
I put the flour (150g) and the baking powder and mixed until I got a firm and non-sticky dough.
I spread the dough in a not very thin layer and cut out the desired shape of biscuits.
I put the cookie tray in the preheated oven at 180C for 10 minutes. They go very well with a glass of milk next to it.
