Flank steak stuffed with mushrooms, onions, and baby spinach! And Bleu Cheese! And it's really easy to do! Here is a recipe!
You will need:
1 2-3 pound flank steak, cut in a butterfly style
some mushrooms
1 medium onion
a bunch of baby spinach
some cheese, I used Bleu Cheese, you use what you like!
saute the onions, mushrooms, some garlic and the spinach
season the meat with salt, pepper, and garlic used Tango Joes Porchetta Rub!
Place the cheese on the meat and then pile the veggies on top and roll the meat up and tie it! Grill on direct heat for a few minutes and move to indirect heat. Cook until you obtain an internal temperature of 130 degrees for medium rare, slice serve and enjoy!
