The Western Australian government is investing $150 million in updating popular tourist icons across the state.
The investment will include a $30 million boost to Rottnest Island, a $10 million revamp of Perth Zoo and one million worth of improvements at Kings Park.
The government insists the investments will help to grow WA's intrastate market and ensure the industry is better placed for the return of tourists.
