The battery in my Garmin 520 was going dead after about a hour, time to replace it, the entire process took 57 minutes from start to finish, this was my first time changing a battery in a Garmin, all in all it went smoothly, a heat gun/ blow dryer definitely makes screen removal easier, a small soldering pencil would be nice, but I got it done with a big weller soldering gun. The kit from Amazon was great, only needed 2 of the tools but they did the trick, I also used a razor blade to cut the foam adhesive under the screen as the plastic wedge tool would pry up the screen, so for @ $25.00 my Garmin 520 is running like a champ again, which sure beats $250.00 for a new one!
