In this 30 minute SUPERset HIIT workout | Intense Bodyweight HIIT we will have 2x blocks of super challenging exercises. Each block contains 5x Supersets for 2x rounds. We will perform each exercise for 35 seconds and will have only 5 seconds rest between each superset exercises and a 20 seconds rest between each superset.
Between each block there will be a 60 second water-break!
Warning: This routine can be super intense please be careful especially when you are a beginner and/or you are someone with heart conditions! Choosing this workout might not be the smartest choice.
