Leicester City footballer Wesley Fofana suffered a terrible looking leg injury after getting tackled by a player from Villareal during the recent preseason friendly matchup. In this video we'll review the injury footage, explain the mechanism of injury, and discuss the relevant anatomy. Plus, we'll discuss why i'm concerned there could also be a knee injury that will be found after stabilizing the leg.
