Following Ironman St. George, the Herbalife24 Triathlon Los Angeles, and then a two week gravel training camp completed in Patagonia, AZ, we headed to Emporia, Kansas to compete in my first Unbound 200 Gravel Race. It was an amazing race and I'll definitely be back in Emporia next year! We go over a bit of race week, the race itself, and how I think gravel and triathlon cross over.
