6 cups rice, wash (use rice cup to measure the rice)
30g butter
3/4C evaporated milk (measuring cup)
3 pieces chicken stock cubes, crumble
1&1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 garlic, peel and finely chopped
1 knob ginger, slice thinly
1 onion, peel and dice
