The Shangri-la Mactan Resort and Spa is a 5 star luxury resort in Cebu Philippines. It is one of the best resorts in Cebu with a lovely (although man made) beach area. A great spa and some of the best dining in Cebu including some fantastic buffets. It's huge with 530 rooms and is vedy family friendly.
