Today we are using Leftover Caputo Pizzeria Dough, to make some frozen pizzas that we can heat up later in our regular oven.
This is a fantastic idea if you have leftover pizza dough and toppings. This gives you the opportunity to have that special stone baked pizza taste from a regular oven, without having to fire up the outdoor pizza oven.
I will assume that you have some leftover dough, but if you don't you can use the recipe at the bottom or catch one of our videos in the pizza dough library. [ Ссылка ]

Method
Stretch out a pizza base on a bed of Semola flour. Once the base is stretched to the desired dynamiter, stab the base with a fork but not the edges, this ensures that the base will not blow up into a ball, but the crust will rise as it normally would.
Place the base into the oven 220 regular oven 400 pizza oven until the base has set .
Once set remove from the oven and place on an airing rack until the base has cooled off.
Once cool place the sauce and topping on the base.
Then wrap the pizza in clingfilm (plastic wrap) and place in the freezer.
When you need to use the pizza, remove from the oven and place in a pre heated oven at 170 for 15 - 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven once cooked and enjoy.
