This is a 10 min workout to sculpt and slimmer your arms! And the best part is... you can do all of the exercises sitting down! 😀
This is a beginner friendly workout. These exercises will tone (but not grow) your arms. If you want to make it more challenging, feel free to add small weights!
You can also use this as a warm-up before doing exercises with heavier weights.
This is what you can expect from this workout:
- All of the exercises are performed sitting down or on your knees (as you feel more comfortable)
- You will tone your arms, shoulders, biceps and back
- 30 sec intervals for the exercises
- 10 sec intervals for breaks :)
As usual, I don't talk on my videos, so you can just enjoy the music!
