Fished Lake Hopatcong in northern New Jersey today which is the state's largest lake. After picking away at a few panfish here and there in one spot, it was time to move on and find more bountiful waters. A little shallow cove made the move well worth it. The action in that spot was great with plenty of bluegill sunfish and redbreast sunfish falling for the Trout Magnet. Mixed in with the bluegills and redbreast were some yellow perch and a lone largemouth bass. Ended up being a great day of summertime fishing on Lake Hopatcong.
