"Hi everyone, thank you for creating this group! Question/advice needed on a comparison of conventional loan 30 yr for a 400K new construction home in Tx.
We are working w/ 2 lenders however the builder's lender is giving us 8k (which is deducted before the LE) & 1k on the LE to use them and 2900 to use their title company. their latest rate is 3.375% w/ APR of 3.7% but they are not prompt/responsive. The Real Estate's Lender is more responsive and is providing $3842 of credits w/ 3.25% rate and 3.551% APR. I just can't figure out which one is the better lender to go w/ and am torn between the great customer service w/ the second lender - i even tried to do a comparison to see if this could help me make a final decision. any advice suggestions opinions are all welcome!
