I made a rich and moist sour cream pound cake~
Allow the butter, egg, and sour cream to come to room temperature before baking.
Ingredients:
(17 x 8 x 6cm pan)
70g unsalted butter
80g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg (65g w/ shell)
100g cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
90g sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Bake at 170°C for 10 minutes. Make a cut in the middle of the cake. Continue baking for 25 minutes.
Total baking time 35 minutes.
