Documenting my first month with my new Aggressive Inline Skates! I ordered myself a pair of THEM 909s and I’m so glad I chose them. I ordered mine from BaysideBlades.com.au, the guys there helped me out with sizing via the live chat on their site and the parcel arrived within a few days!
As you can see, I have developed and learnt the fundamentals of rollerblading for the past year but aggressive skating opens up some more avenues to learn and explore on. Looking back now I think it would have been easier to learn on Aggressives compared to freestyle/recreational skates due to the lower height and sturdier boot, which can take more of a beating.
I hope you enjoy another video of me falling constantly with a few small (but worth it) wins along the way. So thanks for following me on this in-line skating journey and I appreciate the support.
I stopped wearing my helmet in this vid because it’s so old that brown water would drip out of the foam when I got real sweaty… but most of my sessions I would be wearing my GForm knee pads at a minimum.
Next I plan to learn: Backside Grinds, consistent soul grinds, stalling on coping, and 360s.
Also, this was my first time editing via Lumafusion on my new iPad so I’m still working it out, the sound levels are a bit quiet when played on phones :/
