We hit the sand dunes of South Australia in a pre-production example of the much anticipated Mitsubishi Triton ute.
At up to $7000 pricier than the outgoing generation, the new Triton gets fitter turbocharged diesel outputs of 150kW and 470Nm, a new ladder frame chassis, a vastly more modern interior and more space in the tub of the dual-cab format.
Plus, the new pickup gets much more contemporary styling that looks fetching in our as-tested top-spec GSR guise.
The new Mitsubishi Triton launches in Australia in Q1 2024.
