The post-budget sales pitch has been overshadowed by allegations of bullying levelled at Prime Minister Scott Morrison.
This morning, Jane Hume has accused her colleague Concetta Fierravanti-Wells of lashing out unfairly after losing her preselection.
There are now three senators claiming to have been bullied by the prime minister from three separate political parties.
Mr Morrison rejected the allegation and said the attack was due to Ms Fierravanti-Wells’ displeasure at being relegated to an unwinnable seat in the Liberal Senate preselection.
