Sometimes, if you're lucky, you have more (chicken) eggs than you can use. What's a good way to store them? Freezing! Frozen eggs work perfectly for baking and cooking recipes and can also be used for a great breakfast, too!
I was having a bit of a harried day when I recorded this and so, I messed up all of my measurements. Lol. Here are the correct measurements for each type of egg:
Whole egg- 3 tablespoons = 1 egg
Egg white-2 tablespoons = 1 egg white
Egg yolk- 1 tablespoon = 1 egg yolk
Remember when your mom said "Waste not want not"? Well, it's true. The less a person wastes the more likely he/she will never be in want! So, when you get an abundance of eggs in the summer from your hens or if a friend is kind enough to give you a bunch of eggs you can't use in the near future, freeze them! It's a great way to add to your food storage!
