USA star Megan Rapinoe believes fans chanting 'equal pay' during their successful World Cup title defence is a sign that 'everybody is ready' for a change in the way men and women's football is governed.
In March, Rapinoe and her teammates sued their governing body, the USWNT, alleging years of 'institutionalised gender discrimination'. The sides have agreed to mediate the lawsuit.
