A shoulder labrum tear can heal without a surgery if it’s taken through the correct progressions.
The labrum must be given time and put in the right position to reattach to the bone. Then that attachment must be strengthened gradually over time.
To get long-term relief and prevent more shoulder pain in the future, the underlying root muscle imbalance must be corrected.
