CHICKEN 555 INGREDIENTS:
1)Boneless Chicken(Cut into long & slim strips)-250g
2)Corn Flour-2 TBSPS
3)Maida-3 TBSPS
4)Salt- 1/2 TSP
5)Black pepper powder- 1/2 TSP
6)Egg-1
Marinate and deep fry for 4-5 minutes on medium-high flame
For Sauting:
1)Oil- 1.5 TBSPS
2)Butter-1 TBSP
3)Finely Chopped Garlic-2 TBSPS
4)Finely Chopped Ginger-1 TBSP
5)Finely Chopped Onion-1 TBSPS
6)Finely Chopped Green Chilli-1 TSP
7)Finely Chopped Curry leaves-1 TSP
8)Chilli Sause-1 TSP
9)Curd-1/2 Cup
10)Sugar-1/2 TSP
11)Salt-1/2 TSP(Add as per your taste)
12)Kashmiri Chilli Powder-1 TSP(Kashmiri chillis have good red colour which is why recipe looks attractive even if we don't add any food colour. If you don't have Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, no worries use normal chilli powder)
13)White Pepper Powder-1 TSP(If you dont have white pepper, add black pepper powder-1/2 TSP)
14)Coriander Powder-1/2 TSP
15)Garam Masala-1/2 TSP
16)Chicken Masala-1/2 TSP(Optional)
17)Water-Add if the sause is too thick before adding the fried chicken strips.
18)Coarsely Ground Cashew Powder-2 TBSPS
19)Corriander Leaves- Handful.
