Ingredients Used:

- 3 medium size zucchini (thinnly sliced) (cucumber also works great!)
-1 medium size red onion (thinnly sliced)
- 1 pint grape tomatoes (cut in half)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced into strips)
- 1 ripe avocado (cubed or sliced)
- 1 1/2 tbs baby dill
- 1/3 cup or small handful of fresh flat
leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup or 4 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
-1 tbs sugar(or to taste)
*Cater seasoning preferences to your desired taste. If you feel like something needs more or less, Change it! ;)
Procedure

- Thinnly slice your vegetables and add them to a large bowl
- Combine sour cream, red wine vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper and mix well to create your dressing
- Taste and adjust sugar, salt, and pepper to your taste preference
- Pour dressing into vegetables and toss until thoroughly coated
- Plate and garnish with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and dill to taste (and to make it pretty because presentation also counts :)
- Serve and enjoy
