This led her to work for Dr Fuhrman as a dietary assistant, patient coach, and food formulator. At his clinic, she helped people reverse numerous chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and autoimmune diseases just from eating plants! Since then, she’s authored "The Super Antioxidant Diet" book, educated around the world, and launched several whole food plant-based restaurants. During her 22 years educating and coaching, Robin discovered that the largest blockades to eating a plant-rich diet are flavor and time constraints.
