#Shorts 💥Back hurt when strength training? ➡️I bet you’re doing your “BENT-OVER” position wrong.
I see it all the time: you hinge over to do a row, but you’re sitting up so high that your low back muscles are holding the weight of your torso.
➡️ Get down! Squat deep into it, and hinge over more. This will put the load of your torso back into your hips/glutes and out of your low back. ✨magic✨
