US President Joe Biden has been mocked online after being caught on hot mic asking for directions during a visit to the Texas border on Thursday, local time.
President Biden asked "Where am I going?" as he approached the podium following a briefing from Customs and Border Protection in Brownsville.
"He is such a complete embarrassment to be called our leader," One user on X wrote.
In his address, Biden had a strong message for likely presidential opponent Donald Trump: "Stop playing politics" and lend a hand in passing the bipartisan Senate border bill.
"Instead of playing politics with the issue, instead of telling members of Congress to block this legislation, join me or I'll join you in telling the Congress to pass this bipartisan border security bill," he said.
"We can do it together."
