Traditional Israeli dish with the origins in the Middle East become extremely popular becouse of the simplicity and his great flavours!

Ingredients
-1 can cherry tomatoes in juice
-3 medium size eggs
-1/2 red onion
-2 spring onions
-2 cloves garlic
-150 gr fresh salted cheese (you can use any cheese you prefer)
-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-100 ml olive oil (extra virgin)
-fresh parsley or coriander

As you can see you got only few Ingredients and very common ones,but the finel result is amazing! How Gino would say "minimum efort maximum satisfaction " 😄

For this new series of videos i will try to make one dish from each country from the Mediterranean sea area,the one which i consider the most representative for that country and in the same time easy to cook by anyone at home without being a professional chef or cook.I hope you will join me in this new "adventure" and you gonna try the dishes yourself,how you guys done on the previous series of videos, the Transylvanian food!
