The Agriculture Energy Savings Action Plan (AESAP) is a third-party program of PG&E providing energy efficiency incentives, rebates and financing support to agricultural, brewery, winery and distillery customers across California. Due to recent changes with the On-Bill Financing (OBF) program, Trade Professionals must now submit non NMEC eligible projects through the custom project pathway via a third-party energy efficiency program.
