Incorporating each of these into your daily routine can help tremendously in building up confidence for walking 😍
The key is CONSISTENCY 👏🏼
Simply incorporating a little of each into your day can really start to add up- hey it’s better than taking no action!
Action is the key to success if you want to open doors to:
🌎 taking that trip you’ve always wanted to go on
🏖 walking along the beach
♥️ taking walks in the neighborhood with family/friends
🐶 being able to keep up with your pet
It is possible to live your greatest life even with arthritis. You just have to prepare your body for these activities!
