This is a super easy and delicious Besan Ladoo recipe using Jaggery (Gul) instead of refined sugar. 1 cup of besan flour makes around 6 medium size laddus. Besan is also called gram or chickpea flour.
Ingredients
Gram flour (Besan) - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Finely grated jaggery - 1/3 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/8 tsp
Nutmeg powder - 1/8 tsp
