Join me for a 40 Minute Full Body Pilates workout with the mini band. You will be able to do the entire workout without the band but if you have one, this will bring added reisistance and strengthening work to your pilates practrice. This is Intermediate Pilates and will have a mix of both strengthening and stretch options to help you get the best our of your body. The class will cover both the upper and lower body, the core and include a focus on the glutes, activating them, isolating them and strengthening them as well as giving you a wonderful pilates workout.
