New Zealand has recorded its first COVID-19 infections in 102 days forcing the prime minister to introduce stage three lockdowns in Auckland.
Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has announced four new coronavirus cases in a single family, with the source yet to be identified.
As a result, the prime minister said the country will now activate its ‘resurgence plan’ which include stage three restrictions for Auckland.
