Simple and easy to follow 20 min Kettlebell workout, completed as EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) for total body, this kettlebell workout will get your heart rate up and challenge your legs, chest, back, arms and core. Added skipping rope will get your heart rate up. Overall its a great full body workout with one kettlebell
You can complete this workout with Kettlebell and Skipping Rope, but if you don't have skipping rope, you can go for jumping jacks instead (make sure you using decent weight for Kettlebell :) )
