Here is a review of all the feinting push kick combinations from the week.

Here are 4 line drills to put into practice your Feint Pushkick technique while moving forward.

✓. Feint Pushkick to Jab
✓. Feint Pushkick to Cross
✓. Feint Pushkick to Switch Knee
✓. Feint Pushkick to Rear Knee
Perform each technique 5 times, moving forward with each strike. Continue for an entire 3 minute round as a warm-up to your workout.
.
Keep your rhythm as consistent as possible focusing on really selling the feint, and complete execution of each strike.
Remember the technique isn't over until you're back in your stance and your hands back to guard.
