In this class we will practice the 12 asanas of the Rishikesh sequence, created by Swami Vishnudevananda. Traditional yoga originated from Swamiji's intuition who develops the sequence following the order of creation of the lymphatic system. Having been trained in the Sivananda school I feel particularly attached to this practice and I consider it the most complete and powerful.
