Here’s a super easy way to make your own White Crème de Cacao using a cream whipper.
You’ll need:
375ml vodka (100 proof / 50% vodka prefer, but any vodka works)
225g (8oz) cacao butter (this can be purchased at your local health or wholefoods store)
200ml sugar (this isn’t set in stone, just add desired amount of sugar to suit your sweetness preference).
Cream whipper (you can get this from most kitchen warehouse stores
2 x N2O (Nitrous Oxide) cartridges
