Hey everyone, welcome to my 28 days abs and push up challenge! My name is Vik and I'm a former fitness trainer who has unfortunately lost my shape over the past few months. But, I'm determined to get back on track and take control of my fitness again, and I'm excited to take you all along on this journey with me.
In this challenge, I'll be focusing on two fundamental exercises: abs and push ups. These two exercises are fantastic for building overall strength and fitness, and I can't wait to see the progress I can make over the next 28 days.
